Physical Improvement Challenge- Week 4

Week 4. Wow. I actually didn’t think I would make it this far. Today I did my my       Sit-ups and X sit-ups, 2 today actually. 10 Sit ups, and 5 X sit-ups. ! time when I got home, and another about 5 minutes ago, and I just tried push ups. Before I could barely make 5, now I’m making 10 with a minimal struggle. Not so much that  could get to 15, but good enough. To me that shows I’m improving. Hah, I just remembered I did do some weight lifting. Just not like most people. I have a heavy cat, and when I ot home I had a thirst to be on my bed and workout. My cat, Fang, was sprawled out on my bed, so I lay down and do some bench work. It was fun, only got to 25 because he was uncomfortable. Well, tomorrow I hope to take my dog Mia out for a walk in the morning. I did it 2 days ago, and I was an amazing feeling, other than its still dark out by the time I wake up (5:20AM). Oh Canada.

Physical Improvement Challenge- Week 3

So tomorrow I’m gonna head our at 5:20AM to go for a walk, get back have a shower get updated on youtube and watch some Katers, get ready for school and catch the bus. So far I AM seeing improvment, I can do 21 almost flawlessly, sit ups the same and my dumbell reps as well. It’s just my balances that need some improvement. I droped the weight and did it free handed and it was actually much harder. So I’m gonna work on those, currently my Work-out schedule is this.

Sundy- Day off

Mondy- Basic Home Workout

Tuesdy-Thursdy- Home workout and a morning walk/run

Fridy- Basic Home Workout

Saturdy- Day off

Workout Plan
5 times a week, Work each main muscle group
ARMS              - Weights, atleast 25 each.
CORE/CHEST   - Sit ups (try doing 5 x-sit ups along with the sit-ups)
LEGS              - Leg Raises (double or single)
WAIST            - Balance on tailbone and turn side to side
CALVES           - Tippy-toes (20 atleast)

Tuesday-Thursday ATTEMPT A MORNING WALK

WATCH CARBS AND CALORIE CONSUPTION FOR A TONED BODY
-Try not to eat anything over 50carbs or 350cals

I think thats a pretty fair workout don’t you?

Seriously…

Ok so I’ve only done half of my workout, My core, my sit ups, and my x-sit ups, and my side to side cycles. Still have to do my 100 dumbell reps. I’m sick, I’m tired, I don’t have the feel for it… And I’m still doing it! If thats not passion, I really, DO NOT know what is.

Physical Improvement Challenge- Week 2

So over the past week I’ve done various work-outs, but basically a work-out I saw on Dudelikehella that I call Tippy-Toes, and some sort of thing where you sit on your tail bone a cycle from side to side, and the sit ups followed by x-sit ups, and 50 reps on each arm with a 10lbs dumbell. That was pretty much my whole week to do with the Challenge..

In life… In life everyone has a role to play towards you, or someone else. So hard to write this.. Everyone has a role, a part in someone else’s life. Everyone’s life in fact. Giving someone directions, helping them find something in a store, helping someone with a math equasion. We all have a role, whether it’s fixing a life, supporting a life, letting someone just live their life or even ruining a life, we all have a purpose. It may not have happened yet, but maybe tomorrow or the next day, sometime in our lives we will have found our singular purpose where only you or I could have helped. So when someone ask’s for a harmless favor, take the time to help. One day it’ll be worth it.

When I get older and live with someone, we’re deciding everything by Pokemon battles.

This was an amazing inspiration and now I know I CAN’T QUIT!

Physical Improvement Challenge- Week 1

SO currently it’s 5:05am, and honestly I’m not even tired. So while I was just passing time on my laptop I realised I havent done anything following yesterday morning to physically test myself. tThe only thing I really did was go grab an old shelf from out back then sorted out my room a bit, (to be honest I’m really happy I took the time to go get that shelf, because now I have an awesome partner on Uncharted 3, who I hope I will be good friends with!) it was slightly breath taking because directly after that I ran upsairs and did a bit of a chore, but anyways- as that thought crossed my mind, I was currently surfing YouTube, so I decided to look up “Quick and Easy home Workouts” and luckily that brought me to this link here-

Now the only thing I noticed about this workout and a few others relevent to it was that, these people are already in really great shape- how long will someone like me be able to stand this for?

Now I already know that if I stick to it and keep to a consistancy that my body will adjust and become used to it, and even expect it, and honestly I can already see that happening, on the very fact that I get a mat and can do these more comfortable.
(I live in a basement, by choice of course, so the only thing I have to work with is a plastic tile mat, place to keep me from an leaves that might eventually happen, and to keep me off the cement…) Though, I think if I keep to this, I can get to a point where I can do something much more challenging. Like, and this is REALLY pathetic! I get exhausted from walking from my basement, up to my brothers room on the second story(top floor) of my house, so as long as I can RUN up those stairs then be slightly exhausted, then I’m set, I’d have reached my goal by then.

Question #2: What gets you exhausted

SO for anyone reading this that has no recognition of who I am, I am Dakota Alexander Shortt of Ontario, Canada and I have been watching Kathleen Etneiss, and Cory Williams on YouTube (if you want to watch them Katersoneseven is Kate, and DudeLIKEhella is Cory) and they are under-going in a project to get fit, so again for those that don’t know me and are just reading this to pass time, I am around 280lbs and in need of a serious work-out.I am 42” around the waist and wear a XXL shirt, I could wear XL but I find baggy more comfortable, just to ive you a rough idea of what I’m talking about.

BUT anyways, my parents were divorced when I was 4-6, I’m currently 14 (15 on June 12th) so a whole 8-10 years ago, and I currently live with my Mother. My Mother is a fair bit over-weight and my Father is actually VERY healthy for a smoker and is in-shape. I’m very fond of my Father so it’s sort of odd that I take up my Mothers side of the family though my brother is 3 times my size.

SO I’m going to be blogging every week until I feel like I shouldn’t anymore.

But just so everyone knows- These blogs are for Me first (for future reference and for a boost to see how well I have done over time) and supporters second, and careless readers last.
